The Keto Cycle app has five main sections located at the bottom of the screen:
- Home: This is your main dashboard where you can find daily tips, targets, and plans. Here, you can track your meals, water intake, and daily activities.
- Meals: Your meal plan is organized into three main meals and two snacks for each day. You can also choose alternative meals. Be sure to select "Log" after each meal to track your progress, or "Skip" if you didn't eat that meal.
- Quick Access Button (+): This shortcut allows you to quickly track your main nutrition and health data.
- Workouts: This section contains your weekly workouts. Mark off the workouts you complete.
- Profile: Here, you can view and edit your personal information, adjust app settings, access the Beginners Guide, and find premium features.
