How to change your dietary preferences

Keto Cycle lets you easily adjust your dietary preferences:

1. Open the Keto Cycle app.
2. Go to the Profile section in the bottom menu.
3. Tap View your profile > Settings > Meals settings > Continue.
4. Redo the quiz to update your custom meal plan.
