To add a custom meal, follow these steps:
- Open the Keto Cycle app.
- Go to Meals at the bottom menu.
- Scroll down and tap Log your meal +. Alternatively, you can simply tap + at the bottom menu.
To create a custom meal:
- Tap Create my meal.
- Search for ingredients and add each with its own amount.
- When finished, tap Continue.
- To log this meal, enter the meal name and select when you had it, then tap Save.
- You can also use the barcode scanner next to the search box to scan or manually enter an item, then click +Add ingredient.
- If you can’t find an item, select Enter nutrition values manually and enter the meal’s nutritional details, then tap Create.
To log a restaurant meal:
- Tap Eating out.
- Type the restaurant name in the search box.
- Tap + next to the foods you had, then tap Continue.
- Select the time you ate and save.
If the restaurant isn’t listed, log it as a Custom meal (see instructions above).
