How to change the measurement system

To change the measurement system in the app, follow these steps:

1. Open the Keto Cycle app.
2. Tap Profile at the bottom menu, then select View Your Profile.
3. Go to Settings and tap Units.
4. Choose either Metric or Imperial units.
