If you're following the Keto Cycle meal plan, nutrient tracking is automatic—just mark your meals as logged in the Meals section.
To add custom meals:
- Open the Keto Cycle app.
- Go to the Meals section at the bottom.
- Scroll past your meal plan and tap Log your meal+.
- Choose Create my meal or Eating out (if it’s a restaurant meal).
- Search for ingredients or build your recipe, select the time, and save.
On a keto diet, aim for calories from 70–80% fat, 15–30% protein, and 5-10% carbs. For more details, check the Beginner’s Guide in the Profile section.
