Tracking your water intake is simple. Just follow these steps:
- In the Home tab, scroll down to Today's goals.
- Tap Water intake.
- You'll see the daily data here. Click Update water intake, select the amount of water you had, and tap Save.
A rapid way to add water is by using the + button in the middle of the bottom menu. Tap + > Water > Update water intake. Choose the amount you drank and tap Save.
