If you are experiencing any issues with your Keto Cycle app, please try these steps:
Reset the Keto Cycle app:
- Open the Keto Cycle app
- Tap on your Profile in the bottom-right corner
- Click View your profile > Settings > Reset the app > Yes
If resetting your Keto Cycle app didn’t help, reinstall the app to fix the issue.
Reinstall your Keto Cycle app:
- Delete the Keto Cycle app.
To delete the app on iPhone, click its logo and hold it until you see the option to delete.
For Android devices, open the Google Play Store app, and delete Keto Cycle in the menu. - Download and reinstall the app.
