App isn't working

If you're having issues with the Keto Cycle app, try these steps:

Reset the Keto Cycle App:

1. Open the Keto Cycle app.
2. Tap on your Profile in the bottom-right corner.
3. Select View your profile > Settings > Reset the app > Yes.

Reinstall the Keto Cycle App:

1. Delete the App:
   • On iPhone: Press and hold the app icon until you see the option to delete it.
   • On Android: Open the Google Play Store, find Keto Cycle in your apps, and uninstall it.
2. Download and Reinstall:
   • Download from the App Store
   • Download from Google Play
3. Log in after reinstalling.
