Important: If you contact support using a different email than the one you used to create a Keto Cycle account, we may need to verify your account with some payment-related information. Please have the following ready:
- Order ID: Find this in your order confirmation email or PayPal receipt (it’s a 7-digit code starting with "KC-" or "KetoCycle-");
- Sign-up email address;
- If you paid with PayPal: Your PayPal email address and a screenshot of the receipt;
- If you paid with a credit card: The account holder’s full name and the last 4 digits of the card used;
- Screenshot or receipt of the charge.
Waiting for a response? If you've emailed support and haven’t received a reply, please check:
- If the email was archived, deleted, or sent to spam.
- If it was blocked or filtered by your email settings.
- Your email forwarding options.
