- Select Log in instead of Create an account when opening the app. If you don’t see the login screen, delete and reinstall the app.
- Use the email address you signed up with. Double-check if you have multiple emails.
- Reset your password if you can’t log in. Click Forgot your password? on the login page, and look for a reset email in your inbox (including your spam folder).
- Update your phone's operating system. Outdated software can cause apps to malfunction.
