If you cannot access your account, here are some tips that usually help:
- Always choose the Log in option after you open the app (and not Create an account). If you don't see the login window anymore, simply delete and reinstall the app.
- Make sure you're using the email address you used to sign up (in case you have several emails).
- If your Keto Cycle app login details seem incorrect, please use the Forgot your password? link on the login page. An email with further instructions will be sent to your email address. Don't forget to check your email's Spam folder just in case our letter ends up there!
- Update your phone's operating system. If you forget these updates for too long, a lot of apps on your phone may start to malfunction.
If you tried these steps but still could not access the app, there could be another error. For example, you may have left a typo in your email address or your password, or there is a technical issue.
