To enter your step data manually on the web-based Keto Cycle plan, follow these steps:
- Open your Keto Cycle plan on the web.
- Select Home in the top menu.
- In the Activity section, click on Steps.
- Here, you can modify your daily goal or select Enter steps manually.
To track your steps, use an external pedometer, phone, or smartwatch. If you want automatic synchronization with Google Fit or Apple Health, try using the Keto Cycle app, which supports full features.
