The Keto Cycle web plan offers five main sections at the top of the screen for easy navigation:
- Home: Access your daily tips, targets, and plans. Track meals, water intake, and daily activity.
- Meals: View your meal plan with three main meals and two snacks each day. After eating, select Log to track the meal or Change to browse alternatives.
- Shopping List: Select the days you want to shop for and print your shopping list.
- Workouts: Access weekly workouts and mark them as completed when done.
- Quick Log: This feature allows you to quickly log key data.
Profile & Settings
In the top-right corner, click your profile icon to update personal details, meal preferences, and workout settings. You can also manage your subscription and change your password here.
