If your payment was declined, please check the following:
- Card details and expiration date;
- Account balance and spending limit;
- If your card is enabled for online and international purchases.
Unfortunately, we don’t have access to the exact reason for a payment failure. If you’re still having trouble, please contact your bank or credit card provider, or try a different payment method.
If you see a pending charge but no purchase confirmation, it might be a preauthorization, which typically expires within 7 days, depending on your bank.
