Refunds for direct purchases
We’re dedicated to delivering high-quality service. According to Section 6 of our General Conditions, our customers are eligible for a refund in cases where the product is proven to be faulty or not as described.
If you believe this applies to your situation, reach out to us at hello@ketocycle.diet within 30 days of your purchase.
Make sure to use the email address you registered with. Also, please include details about the issue along with visual proof so our team can process your request in an efficient manner.
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method.
- Your access to the product will end once the refund is processed.
Please note that refunds may take up to 14 working days to reach your account.
Refunds for purchases via Google Play or App Store

Disputes: Avoid disputing or charging back the payment with your bank, as this can delay resolution and prevent us from processing a direct refund. Instead, please allow us a chance to assist you directly.
