How to pause the subscription

If you'd like to pause your subscription, you can do it yourself at any time. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Open the Keto Cycle website: https://ketocycle.diet.
2. At the top, click the Log in button.
3. Log in with your email and password (same as the ones you use in the app).
4. At the top-right, tap the profile icon > Subscription.
5. Click Pause Subscription, choose the pause duration, then tap Pause subscription again.
6. Choose the reason for the pause and Submit.

You may pause your subscription for up to 30 days, and you can resume it on the same webpage at any time.
