How to pause the subscription

To pause your Keto Cycle subscription, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://ketocycle.diet.
2. Click Log in at the top and sign in with your email and password.
3. Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Subscription.
4. Click Pause Subscription, choose the pause duration (up to 30 days), and tap Pause subscription again.
5. Select a reason for pausing, then click Submit.

You can resume your subscription anytime on the same webpage.
