Any products that you wish to return must be returned within 14 days after receiving, in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the product to be returned does not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund.
Once the product has been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorized via the same method that the payment was made. Please be advised that the refund may take up to 14 working days to be processed by your bank.
The return label will be sent to your current email address (The label has to be used in 20 days or it will be voided). If a package is returned with no return label, you may experience delays with the return or it may not be authorized. Once the product has been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorized by the same method that the payment was made.
Please be advised that the amount of 9 USD for the costs of the return process will be deducted from the refunded amount. The refund may take up to 14 business days to reach your bank account. If a customer fails to meet the deadlines of our returns policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.
Shipping & Return Policy for international orders (outside the US):
International shipping rates (except Canada) cover shipping charges only. Customs fees should be covered by customers, and customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs.
If you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high customs fees, we won't be able to refund you for that order or reship the order via another carrier. In this case, the package will be abandoned at customs.
If you want a refund on your order, you are responsible for paying the customs fee to ship the package back to us. As such, once the package is received back at our warehouse, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge.
