Our customer service representative will get back to you in 1-3 business days once your application has been reviewed. It would be really helpful if you could provide detailed information on how the diet plan supplied to you has not met the product description and attach the receipt of your payment to the email.
Please note that you can apply for a partial refund within 14 days from the purchase date. After receiving a partial refund, you will be able to use the meal plan until your subscription ends.
A full refund can be issued only if the product is found to be faulty. In such cases, please contact our customer support within 14 days from the purchase date and provide detailed information about the issues experienced. If possible, please include some visual proof of the issue with this request.
Once a full refund is issued, you will no longer have access to the product. All refunds are transferred to the card that was used to pay for the product. By purchasing from our website, you agree to our Refund Policy and our Terms and Conditions and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions. If you dispute your payment or chargeback on your credit card, we will not be able to refund the transaction, and it might take months until the final resolution. Cases closed in the merchant's favor can't be reversed, so we kindly ask you to stay patient and give us a chance to resolve it directly with you.
